The SA shuttle to New York City has revised its departure times in order to better accommodate students’ weekend schedules.
The bus will now depart HBS on Fridays at 4:30 p.m. (revised from an original earlier time of 3:30pm).
The return trip from New York City to Boston will be on Sundays at 3:00 p.m. This allows students two extra hours in New York City (original pick-up time was at 1:00pm).
Pick up in New York City is one block from the Port Authority Bus Terminal. Remember to bring your HBS ID in addition to another form of identification!
There is additional good news for those of you who might need a ride to New York City but want to find your own way back (or visa versa). The shuttle is also adding the option of one-way tickets for $50!
Tickets can be purchased from SA Ventures in the basement of Spangler, room 007.
Round-trip tickets remain at $75. However, those who volunteer to be a group leader for the trip will receive a 50iscount off of the ticket price!
This entails carrying emergency phone numbers and contacting people if the bus is delayed and acting as the liaison to communicate information between the bus and the group as needed.
It’s definitely worth the effort.
