Three students from Harvard, Marc Novakoff (OJ), Hector Lopez (OJ), and Sachin Palod (OF), will head to Paris to compete in the finals of the L’Or‚al e-Strat Challenge. Team Sino (NYU) and Team Locos (Harvard) will test their corporate management skills against teams from France, Taiwan, India, Poland, Brazil and Israel in this unique business/educational partnership.
The teams were selected after a series of 6-rounds of intense competition, during which each team were tested against different skill sets: leadership, creativity and decision making. The finalists will re-convene in Paris the week of April 21st where they will present their business plan and defend their strategy before a jury comprised of management and strategy experts from the L’Or‚al Group and other organizations. The jury will select the top three teams based on their presentation, strength of business plan and overall business knowledge.
