BostonChefs.com annual event, Flavors of Fall, is a culinary benefit supporting Cambridge’s service organization CLSACC: Community Legal Services and Counseling Center. During this event a social strategic merger takes place between CLSACC and Boston Chefs Inc. to create a pleasant atmosphere to collect donations for the better being of Cambridge society.
The many participants of this event include a handful of gourmet restaurants in Cambridge, BostonChefs.com Cambridge chefs, and the many guests who attended the event. The guests purchased a $50 ticket to enjoy gourmet hors d’oeuvres and desserts and the funky jazz of The Rollo Tomasi Quartet where the full proceeds were destined for a good cause.
The event was also a great window for the restaurants to display their dinning experiences and provide a tasting of the great food which can be found in Cambridge. All these restaurants offer both great dinning experiences as well as involvement in the social causes of the area:
Casablanca: Offered a delicious entr‚e which consisted of duck pate and orange-cranberry chutney.
