HARBUS: As somebody who had never played rugby prior to attending HBS, what drew you to the HBS Rugby Club?
KIARIE: Several things drew me to HBS Rugby: it gave me a chance to play a sport similar to my true passion, (American) football; it allowed me to interact with a group of athletes from different international walks of life that have a passion for a sport with tradition; it helped add to the balance between academics and extracurricular activities at HBS; it gave me the ability to compete and learn outside of the classroom with integrity and dedication; it enabled me to travel to exotic locations in order to compete globally; and finally, HBS Rugby afforded me the opportunity to play in an international tournament that determines the best MBA team in the world.
