March
4 March 25-April 18 – Order caps and gowns in the HBS Coop (rental rates: $57 for MBA, $85 for doctoral candidates)
April
4 April 2, 12:00 pm – Application deadline for Harvard University Graduate Speaker Competition. If you are selected you will hear from the Commencement Office
4 April 15 – Preliminary auditions for the HU Graduate Speaker Competition
4 April 18 – Last Day to order cap and gown at the HBS Coop (after this date, graduating students must pay the $25 late fee to order)
4 April 24 – Final Auditions for the HU Graduate Speaker Competition
4 April TBD – Complete the EC Year End Survey
May
4 May 15 – Deadline to complete EC Career Survey
4 May 16 – Make special seating arrangements for persons with disabilities. Contact Marie Trottier of Harvard University at 617.495.1859 and Kelly Diamond of Harvard Business School at 617.495.6742 to make these arrangements.
4 Final student bills mailed (including HPRE rent for June and any additional months, if relevant)
4 Final HU telephone office bills to be mailed out

4 June 2-4 – Pick up Alumni Program Gift outside Spangler, 2nd Floor, Project Rooms
4 June 5 – Late Cap and Gown pickup at 7:00am in the Coop
4 Thursday, June 5 – Monday, June 9 Return Cap and Gown to Spangler Hall, HBS Coop Corridor, lower level. Note: All rentals must be returned. If you are unable to attend graduation, please notify the Coop at 495.6592 before June 5 to cancel your order.
