The Harbus Foundation supports education, literacy, and journalism in the communities of Greater Boston.
Run by HBS students dedicated to effective philanthropy, the foundation makes grant awards totaling $50,000 each year.
The Harbus Foundation was created in 1997 when the Harbus News Corporation sought to put to use its operating surplus. With its twentieth anniversary this academic year, it celebrates a total of more than $1 million in support of outstanding local organizations.
